I think a lot of us read them in the pub order...at least all of the old guard did. Sadly, a majority of them don't post anymore so I may be speaking just for myself.

Not *just* yourself anyway. I first read 'em in pub order, and agree with you: it hasn't detracted from my enjoyment a bit.

(Since 'The Keep' I've made it a point to read everything The Man has published that I could get my hands on as quickly as I could get my hands on it, so pub order was pretty much my only choice.)

I read them in pub order as well and it was fine...even more so to be honest because even though I know how it all ends already, seeing how it gets the is a crap-ton of fun.

I originally read them in published order and have re-read them in chronographical order. Although I tend to like it better in chronographical order, all that really matters is that we READ them.

Welcome!

There is a great timeline posted under Secret History timeline on the site if I remember correctly. That should help. Plus i'm sure someone will be able to post the correct answer here shortly. If my brain was working correctly at this hour I could be more helpful. Long day.

Don't hesitate to join the conversations here, we take kindly to new folks if you play well with others.

No way to fix it in the forum editor and remove the extraneous "http:/", so here's the correct version.
