Very thorough answer Kev. Nice.

Abe's raised eyebrows caused furrows in his extended forehead. "Five in twelve hours?"
"Oh, and like you've never had a cranky day?"

The ex-librarian in me will not be satisfied until I stop being lazy and, instead of just suggesting that lexx go here and there, actaully lead him there (through the links provided) so he can buy the things.

Plus, once he has them all, he will be properly assimilated and we can get back to important pursuits like who is going to be LAST.

Heh.

Axioms Jack seems to live by (inadvertantly or not):

Why he does what he does: "I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." Bruce Wayne, Identity Crisis

On Rasalom: "Water's wet, the sky is blue...and good old Satan Claus, Jimmy...he's out there...and he's just gettin' stronger." Joe Hallenbeck, The Last Boyscout

Greetings! I'm new here. As to my whacky username, you can call me T if you like.

I'm a big Jack addict, newly introduced before Christmas, and just finished The Haunted Air!

As to the Amazon downloads, they are not available to us North of the United States, in Canada. Any other way to obtain them? For .49 cents you'd think they'd allow us to download!

Howdy, T! Welcome to the board! But what's with this monstrous downloading? See, I work for B&N, and we need people to buy BOOKS. Otherwise, well, see...

My little goil...my little goil Tangerina...see, she was born with two heads...and if nobody buys books no more, well, then, see, I won't have no money to educate them...

Can't you help me out, T? Buy a few books once in awhile?

A father's blessing on you, if you can! A father's blessing on you!

Welcome, T. From one Canuck to another, you'll like it here.

I had no problem downloading my copy of "Long Way Home" from Amazon.com...let me check back and see how I did it.

Also, feel free to ignore Mike whenever you feel the need. He is extremely cool, but sometimes it is necessary.

Now, mike. B&N doesn't carry Dark At Heart with "Long Way..." in it. It's been out of print for 15 years. Give the poor, new, socialist, Canadian a break. Ok?

He he. I should probably point out that a friend of mine has spent a small fortune already amassing most of the RJ books, as well as some of Wilson's other works. I tend to borrow from her when I can and vice versa. When she tried the download, it wouldn't let her. We (well, she mostly), does her fair share to keep the economy flowing here in Canada as far as books go, believe you me!

Hi! Welcome to the board. Kev is right, you need to go to .com to get the title. Link.

So like Kev, I'm now leading a new fan directly to the place where he can buy more crack, um, I mean "reading material", yes, that's what I mean, to feed his addiction. Wink

Stephanie

edit: I could probably have used some more commas in that sentence, eh? Well, here's some commas: ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,, ,,,,,. Have a nice day.
