hard to imagine Malkovich as Lenny but he did a great job, and Senise is good at anything. He was cast as John Clark for Clancy's "Without Remorse" movie a long while back but the movie fell through before it got started. That would have been a real test for him.
Didn't watch Quantum Leap very much but I did like it. Some good shows to check out right now.... The Shield, MXC (most extreme elimination challenge) and Touching Evil.

They were spread out pretty evenly throughout the series. I think the JFK series of episodes ranks as some of the best television ever. I think it's too bad that the series just . . . kind of . . . ended.
On another note, I finally saw Dark City. I'll admit: I don't get the adulation this movie gets. People act like it's the deepest, most meaningful science fiction tale ever told on screen, and I thought it was similar to at least five or six other movies, and at least five or six novels I've read. Good, yes, but not extraordinary.
I think it's one of those movies where fans tend to overreach, and see things that really aren't there. I liked it, but I thought it was strictly typical, run of the mill stuff. Oh well.

Prey for Rock-n-Roll is an interesting look at an aging punk-rocker, played bt Gina Gershon. Plus it has one incredible just desserts scene.

Someone gave me the box set of Joss Whedon's sci-fi show "Firefly" and I popped the first episode in the other night. I missed it when it was on television, but people were always telling me how good it was. This time they were right -- I really enjoyed it. I watched three more episodes before finally going to sleep. If you haven't seen it, the show is an interesting mix of space opera and western. I'd recommend checking it out on DVD.

That's what I call it . . . a Space-Western, and it is good!
I Loaned my set to a friend who has never seen it . . . we keep spreading the word.
There is a Firefly movie in the works -- working title; Serenity.
I get a kick out some of the anachronisms. It takes place 500 years in the future, and some of the guns they are using (you knew this was coming didn't you?) were 1860 Henry's, Winchester 1873's, Zoe carries a cutdown '92 Winchester . . . FUN!

Yeah, that was a poetic scene. I saw it coming, but it was still great.
