Yup. Scientology is not a "religion." It is an organization in which those of totalitarian mind find a home. I took their "test" in the early '70s, out of curiosity. Found to my dismay, I'm human wreckage. "But all it takes is a commitment and money!" Their headquarters then was on West 72nd Street, if memory serves. Give their guys on the street the time of day, and you were =hustled=, and that's the word for it, into well-appointed quarters to take the test. Mercy! I wonder how many of these "clears" realize Hubbard got the ah-deer at one of Heinlein's Manana Society meetings.
