My knee-jerk reaction was, "Noooo!" but I'm going to hold my breath on it. So long as they're relatively faithful to the source material and don't change TOO much (I won't mind if they shred 3 even though I liked it). Hello, John Connor wasn't aged properly between 1 & 2 so there's a lot to play around with.

They passed an old woman who was just opening the door of a brown Cadillac. An old man was already sitting in the passenger seat. The car had a personalized plate with the letters “J-U-S-P-R-A-Y”.
“That stuff work?” Israel said to her.
“‘Scuse me?” the little old woman said, clutching her keys.
“The spray. Does it keep them away?”
“Keep who away?” She looked confused.
“I gotcha.” Israel gave her a conspiratorial wink.

"The Sarah Connor Chronicles" ?!

Of course they can't defeat original two movies (The Terminator and T2). But any TV series has good side of their own. For example, "Stargate SG-1" and "Stargate:Atlantis". We know they came out from the movie, and surprisingly they're still continuing! I like these TV series.

So I'll enjoy "The Sarah Connor Chronicles". Smile

They are going to change some of the "mythology." They have to. Like Kenji said, Stargate did it. Highlander did it. And so on.

However, "The Sarah Conner Chronicles" was originally supposed to open up the season. It got moved back to being a mid-season replacement. So, either something is wrong with it or they fell behind on their shooting schedule, or something.

Summer Glau will be in the show as the Terminator. That, I can't wait to see.

While I don't think it will be a good show I am excited to see Glau in it. As to your other comment, that it isn't good or fell behind and that's why it's delayed, I offer an alternative: writers strike. Very few shows have been canceled yet, not because all the shows are good, but because they need something to show during the strike in Nov./Dec. It may have been a strategic move on Fox's part because of this.

True. I'm encouraging everyone on my other board to keep watching Journeyman because a friend's sibling is part of the cast. The only other new show I really like this year is...

...Life.

Terminstor 3 proved to me that the Terminator without Jim Cameron is just another half baked sci-fi action film.

Is JC involved with this programme? If so, I might take a look. If not, I doubt I'll bother. Rolleyes

I accidentally dropped a load of worthless change in the street. I was going to just leave it there but a burly policeman lumbered towards me and said, "You'd better pick that up, son."

I hate coppers.

Maybe he'll be an Executive Producer like he was for Dark Angel. I doubt he'll play a major part even if he does have a cred. He's got some pretty big movies coming up; doubt he can spare the time.

That's exactly what I was thinking.

Termonator 1 & 2 are superb, both excellent films that will be well remembered for many years to come. Terminator 3 was insipid rubbish that I have already forgotten the gist of.

I think I'll give this programme a miss.

I haven't watched life but of the new shows I am really enjoying Journeyman, Chuck and Pushing Daisies. Who is your friends sibling on Journeyman?

I like Journeyman. I really like Life. Chuck I watched twice, but not anymore. Pushing Daisies I found by accident and have watched three episodes, but I think it is a show that will begin to get on my nerves before too long. It's just "too cute"....
