Today I went to a theatre see THE KITE RUNNER.
Fabulous! Wonderful! So far, this is the best movie in this year to me. Last year I read Khaled Hosseini's novel. So, at first, when I heard this made into the movie, I worried about it. Because sometimes Hollywood ruin original. But I was wrong.
It's a fantastic, deeply moving film about such regrets.
"The Kite Runner" is remarkable in many ways. As a Hollywood movie, they used non-famous actors. I guess that was good effect for realistic drama. I also liked cinematography. Many kites flying in the sky! It was beautiful and awesome scene.
It's an astoundingly constructed tale. Amir's childhood story seems almost like an Afghani "Stand By Me". That will pull you in and move you profoundly.
