My partner is presently working her way through The Adversary Cycle after reading the Repairman Jack series up until Infernal.

She asked me a question last night that I was sure of the answer to. In the beginning of Reborn, the doctor fella dies in a plane crash. She is certain that someone else has died in a plane crash, and was wondering whether it was maybe the same plane crash? I honestly can't remember anybody else dying in a plane crash, but knowing how often FPW's stories intersect one another, I wondered if maybe someone else was on the plane as well?

She thinks it might be Ricardo Westphalen, but I am positive he got eaten by Rakosh. I don't know which book to start looking in, so thought it might be easier just to ask you guys.

Is she right? Or is she stooopid?

I accidentally dropped a load of worthless change in the street. I was going to just leave it there but a burly policeman lumbered towards me and said, "You'd better pick that up, son."

I hate coppers.

Alicia Clayton's father dies in the explosion of a commercial airliner in LEGACIES.

And no, it's not the same one. REBORN takes place in the late '60's and LEGACIES takes place a couple of years before NIGHTWORLD.

Both doctors involved in the cloning experiment that created Jim (Jonah's adopted son) were on that plane. They always took separate flights in the past to avoid their secret from getting out, if one of their planes crashed.
