Besides Mr. Brooks, I also saw Knocked Up. This movie is outloud funny. Don't want to spoil it for you, but I can assure you that it's worth the bucks to check this flick out at the theater.

P.S. If you liked 40 Year Old Virgin, you'll love this flick.

I just saw that movie and absolutely loved it. I was rolling the whole time. It's also just a really good movie. Heartwarming and all that good stuff.

Of course, I lived with someone just like the main guy character for a few years at IU.

I didn't much care for 40 Year Old Virgin. It had a few laughs but I didn't think it was nearly as good as everyone made it out to be. Knocked Up on the other hand was very entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've apparently had my funny bone removed because I couldn't stand this movie. Heigl's character had to be about the dumbest person I've ever seen and the rest of the characters were not lovable losers, they were just losers.

I didn't care for the lead guy. He can't carry the movie. He moreso looks funny rather than being funny.

I expect to see him on a celebrity rehab show of some sort within the next 5 years.

They passed an old woman who was just opening the door of a brown Cadillac. An old man was already sitting in the passenger seat. The car had a personalized plate with the letters “J-U-S-P-R-A-Y”.
“That stuff work?” Israel said to her.
“‘Scuse me?” the little old woman said, clutching her keys.
“The spray. Does it keep them away?”
“Keep who away?” She looked confused.
“I gotcha.” Israel gave her a conspiratorial wink.

You guys might want to stay away from Superbad. I loved them both.

I already crossed it off my 'to see' list. I didn't think 40 Year Old Virgin was anything special and I truly despised Knocked Up. I wonder why the movie got on my nerves so bad? I've watched hundreds of movies I didn't like but this one really got under my skin.

Loved "Knocked Up", hated "Superbad". Couldn't even finish it.

I actually liked both Knocked Up and Superbad, but I didn't like either as much as I liked The 40-Year Old Virgin. I seriously love Seth Rogen, but I think he actually does better as a supporting actor than carrying a movie.

The same is kind of true of Jonah Hill, for that matter. He had the BEST lines in the movie Accepted, but in Superbad I almost felt like he was trying too hard. Michael Cera and that kid that played McLovin stole the show, imo.

How many vikings does it take to change a light bulb?

None. The light from the burning monastery is more than sufficient.

May the Norse be with you.
