Welcome back, Susan. Congrats on your new country home. My husband and I recently moved to a small town and the "country life" in Wisconsin. We enjoy it too. I wasn't sure if I would, being more of a city girl, but it's nice. Now, we want pictures of the kitten!! Our neighbors brought a black lab puppy home last night. She's only 7 weeks old and so cute! I haven't gone over there yet to see how the first night went. She was whining around a lot when we stopped over yesterday afternoon.

ROFL! That's great, Keith. Let's hope no one else does. Big Grin

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.
You may quote me.

We also had books read and movies watched. A snake found and news of a new Jack short story. A trip to New York, Canada, and Vegas. We still haven't solved the worlds problems on the politacal threads, don't start Janice Evonavich unless you have money and time. A movie being made that still needs backing, aaannndd, dachsaunds are close enough to ferrets to be the next mystery womans dog! Miss anything?

KRW

Hunh. Well, that sounds interesting. I love Janet Evanovich. I'm going to post on that thread, so get ready! LOL

Hot dogs are great dogs. I've had two of them. Of course the best mystery woman dog was a Malamute, but that's just my personal opinion. Hehe.

Thanks to all of you for your warm welcomes. It's great to be back.
