Harplady Wrote:Got mine yesterday! from Guantlet. Started reading tonight. ooooohhhh... It's lookin' good! I'm afraid I'm one of those crazy "collectors". I have all six of the Adversary Cycle - signed, dated & numbered. And, of course, all of the RJ books. This is why I have tuna fish sandwiches and water everyday for lunch!

WELCOME, HARPLADY!!!Smile

Thanks for the welcome.
sigh, Libby, Sorry you have to wait. My treat to myself is to get the Jack books ASAP.
My sis and I share them so I don't feel so guilty spending the money each year.
Harplady- Good to get early review of BTS beginning.
:hello:

AlvinFox Wrote:Got my #30 from Gauntlet today. Been reading nonstop until now. Only 100 more pages left to devour.

Down here in San Antone we always seem to be a couple of days behind on those Gauntlet mailings. But that means I should see one some time next week.

Mine also showed up today (well, actually yesterday, as I write this, but I haven't slept yet so to me it's still Saturday.) Mine was number 67.

And, since I was out fairly late tonight, and have a pretty full day in my way on Sunday, I'm guessing that with a new FPW book in the house, it will still be 'Saturday' for me until sometime on Monday. :p

Off to read now. :flybye:

Marty

And here I thought I was missing some vital story element that was going to blow my mind.Big Grin Not that By the Sword was already amazing. I particularly like that brand of fix it.
Where Jack has multiple parties kill each other off with little to no interaction on his part.
Great book. Now how long until the next one? The next young adult would be in February from Gauntlet?
