I believe Amazon Shorts has been discontinued. I'll look into offering it here as a free download.

Honestly, I know that other story I sent you is long, but it's so good. You will laugh. Read it.

In that case would you or somebody mind forwarding me a copy? I remember downloading it when it first came out but the file is long since gone. I'd greatly appreciate it.Smile

Speaking of "The Long Way Home", could someone please tell me where this story and "A Day in the Life" fit in relation to the novels (I mean, between which books do they happen?)

Thanks! Smile

The full timeline is here: http://repairmanjack.com/works.htm#secrethistory

For Jack, it goes like this: THE TOMB, then "A Day in the Life," then "The Long Way Home," and then LEGACIES.

"A Day In The Life" also has an obscure reference in "Conspiracies". When Jack's heading downtown he thinks about stopping at the High Water diner, but discards the idea just as quickly. So that places it before "Conspiracies".

I haven't yet found a connection on "The Long Way Home". I'm going to have to read it again.
