Two Questions:
Is this a Kindle exclusive will it go up on Smashwords, etc. eventually? (Or is the Kindle version DRM free?)
I read the original edition when it was first released. Which are the added stories?

Amazon shows The Tomb may be pre-ordered for the Kindle,which is great! It will be automatically downloaded to my Kindle on ...Dec 31, 2012?

Just to follow up, now Amazon shows The Tomb will be available on the Kindle on April 1, 2011! Fantastic. Checking it weekly wasn't as futile as it seemed.
