I did go to a completist support group but got kicked out for not having perfect attendance. Good God, I'm away from my internet cafe for a few days and I find the new board. And poor me a computer illiterate! Well, that's gonna have to change. Looks like the broken-down bluesman will be doin' some more hard-travelin'. Can we still reply to postings from the old board. I'm (sob) in a maze in a daze. Biggles--halp! I'm (sob) in a maze in a daze. Biggles--halp! I may not be computer illiterate, but I only know enough to be dangerous. Jim and the co-queens are your best bets for "helpful" information. On the other hand, if you want me to dazzle you with bullshit, I'm certainly capable. I'll figure it out (he said with grim determination). Aftershock & Others - Marc - 03-15-2004 Biggles Wrote:On the other hand, if you want me to dazzle you with bullshit, I'm certainly capable. Biggles is good at the bullshitting as anyone who attended GU-3 can attest. Aftershock & Others - Bluesman Mike Lindner - 03-15-2004 Marc B. Just got the contract for two new RJ novels and a collection. AFTERSHOCK & OTHERS is due for delivery Dec. 2006. It will contain the following (remember, the collections run chronologically by time written, not published): 1990 Dreams November Game When He Was Fab Foet 1991 Please Don’t Hurt Me The Wringer Freak Show 1992 (none) 1993 Aryans and Absinthe 1994 Offshore Itsy Bitsy Spider 1995 (the word) 1996 (none) 1997 Lysing Toward Bethlehem 1998 Night Dive Aftershock 1999 Anna Performance 2000 (none) FPW Aftershock & Others - Scott Hajek - 03-17-2004 Thanks for the list. Now, I just have to be patient. Aftershock & Others - Paul R - 03-17-2004 1995 (the word) I can't be expected to wait until 2006 surely! I suppose I could start rereading everything I have though... and judging by my reading speed, that should take me well beyond 3006, let alone 2006! That's one of the good news/bad news things regarding this internet malarky. You hear about things so far in advance that it seems to take forever to happen. I'll never forget the time I first assaulted the search engine with the phrase 'F Paul Wilson' though. At the time I only had half a dozen books (what can I say, Sunny England has never embraced The Man like your New York Times bestseller's list apparantly has!) and to find dozens more at my fingertips was a great day indeed. But getting back to the point, here's a question: Why is (the word) in brackets? |
