My So-Called Life Items - Scott Miller - 01-28-2011

I had forgotten about the My So-Called Life feature so I read through a few months worth last night and found several things of interest.

First and foremost is "Night Dive". It says its being reprinted but I don't remember this one at all. Where was it initially published?

Second: very cool news about the YA books getting the graphic treatment-any idea who the illustrator might be.

Third: I liked "Run Away" by The Hollow", "The Sun Aint Gonna Shine Anymore" and "While My guitar Gently Weeps" so thanks for those and I'll be hunting for both The Hollow and The Walker Brothers.

Fourth: ordered the Fear anthology with my amazon Christmas money.

And finally those were some good interviews.

It is where FPW jots down what is happening with him and the world at large. If you click on the 'ABOUT' tab above and it will take you there; just scroll down past his WHERE I'LL BE section.

And one more item I wanted to ask about, what types of coffee do you get for your Keurig(I was sorry to read of Katy's demise but glad she turned out to be so easily replaced)? I have one as well and have liked every flavor I've tried but my favorite is Green Mountain's Sumatran Reserve.

I like Paul Newman's Extra Bold. I like strong coffee, and this fits the bill for me.

They're culled from the monthly newsletter.

"Night Dive" was 1st pubbed in Cemetery Dance. I spoke to David Dabel yesterday. He's going to start sending me art samples to choose from. They're doing a promo for the series at RT. I should know more soon.

Still not resonating; something to look forward to then.

I haven't tried that yet(my wife favors the wimpier strains). The Sumatran Reserve is classified as bold.
