A reader wrote pointing out that "Faces" should not be in Year Zero Minus Three because, by internal timing, it takes place in 1989. He's right, so I'm going to have to change that.

Does that mean when Detective Harrison was thinking of how he could have been working on where the winos were disappearing to instead of looking for the Facelift Killer that it's no longer a reference to The Tomb?
Or does Manhattan have a chronic disappearing wino problem that spans decades?
