Infestation - Scott Miller - 10-19-2009 Infestation is a pretty decent retro 'B' movie. A slacker office worker wakes up covered in webbing, along with everybody else and upon freeing themselves discover that their world has been taken over by giant insects. It's not quite as funny as I thought it could be, but the effects are pretty good and the acting is solid for this sort of fare. Plus it's got Ray Wise who is always entertaining. But is it close enough to wring some money from the leeches? Infestation - Brian - 10-19-2009 Oh yeah. I saw previews for this movie. I got a "no f**king way" from cobalt. I guess she doesn't like the big creepy crawlies. LOL Infestation - Bluesman Mike Lindner - 10-19-2009 Brian Wrote:Oh yeah. I saw previews for this movie. I got a "no f**king way" from cobalt. You gotta meet 8-Ball!" I watched as the monster crawled along his arm. "You wanna hold him, Mike? He doesn't bite. He's harmless." Felt my manly pride was at issue. "Sure!" So 8-Ball crawled onto my own damn arm. I'd be lying to you if I didn't admit I was praying for a cat, any cat. It was a fucking eerie feeling...too many legs! But, yeah, I survived without dying of fright. Barely. Infestation - Scott Miller - 10-20-2009 fpw Wrote:Hmmm..."Itsy Bitsy Spider" anyone? I guess they do sound similar in concept, but that is where the similarity ends. "Itsy Bitsy" is much scarier than Infestation. I loved both movies, but for creepy crawly things on a smaller scale, try "THAW" with Val Kilmer. AC |
