Question for The Man from Hosts -- spoilers for Hosts (major) and Ground Zero (minor) - Wapitikev - 08-07-2009 Question for The Man: Just finished Hosts, again, and I had a question regarding the number of Unity members necessary to guarantee the virus would mutate into an airborne strain. The Unity seemed to be uncertain that it could occur with only 7 and were overjoyed to get Kate in as the 8th member.
