I checked my spam filters, resubscribed under a separate screen name, everything. still no newsletter, though the 'subscription welcome' message got through just fine.

That made me laugh - both my kids are red heads - and to my girlfriend they are step kids
I must find a chance to use that phrase in future when the kids are around

Mine came through fine again this month, so hopefully the problem is not widespread (not much comfort for those few who didn't get theirs, unfortunately).
