The Tomb was published by Borderlands Press under the name Rakoshi because that is what FPW originally wanted to call the book. As far as I know, that's the only other name for the Tomb.

I recall this (or something like this) being the first question I ever posted on the forum. Again, it just reenforces the impression that 'Tomb' has left on FPW readers.
