Hi all....I ordered from B&N a Hardcover of Ground Zero, along with a DVD of "Pelts" won't ship til Sept. 19th! re-reading the RJ's in order, now up to By The Sword, received previously as a bargain Hardcover from B&N...just have to be patient....(sigh)...........
