It'll be interesting to see what they do with Batman in a Justice League film. As well as the inevitable next reboot. If it were me calling the shots for the JLA film, I'd just present the character without any origin story and keep him rather dark, as in Nolan's films, but able to mix somewhat with Superman, Aquaman, etc. Sort of a loner forced into working with others for the sake of the planet. As for the next Batman reboot I'd have a story where Nightwing, Oracle, etc. already exist and have Batman played by a slightly older actor. And it's time to dig a little deeper into the comics for a Batman villain; I'm thinking Killer Croc would make an excellent on-screen villain, what with his monstrous looks and size.

I'm going to take your word for it because this all sounds good and I don't know comics (I was more into sports and baseball card collecting as a kid) well, so...

Illuminati is real. No, they don't change into lizard people but there's a startling amount of evidence to suggest a shadow organization has immense power in world affairs and has had that power going back for centuries. Whether you want to name them The Black Nobility, Brotherhood of the Serpent, Illuminati, doesn't really matter. There are so many books by credible authors that I could recommend, but I'm pretty sure if you scoff at the idea, you probably wouldn't read them anyway.

They may be real, but I don't believe they are. I could be wrong and if they ever came out and took over the world then I'd probably be one of the first to be disposed of for not believing. Similar to the silliness surrounding the Denver Airport.
I don't care if anyone else believes in them (its their right), I just don't. I think that is something that alot of people have a very hard time accepting, that people can have different ideas, views, opinions and disagree but still accept that the other person is entitled to those beliefs. Unless there is an overwhelming amount of physical and/or irrefutable evidence (the sky is blue) to support one side of the argument (someone that says the sky is pink is wrong, no matter what his personal beliefs are) then we should allow each other to have difference of opinions. Alot of people refuse to do that and that's when ad homnien attacks start and makes discussion unpleasant.
