Toby Maguire - Still looks like a kid, imo.
Orlando Bloom - Far, far too pretty.
Nathan Fillion - Could see him as Jack, no problem.
Cole Hauser - Same as Nathan Fillion
Jensen Ackles - No opinion
Dominic West - No opinion
Leo DiCaprio - I love grown up Leo, but no.
Jude Law - Too pretty.
Sean W. Scott - Dude, where's my Rakosh?
Michael Vartan - Maybe.
Those are my thoughts.
I think almost any of these people would make a good/decent Jack, but I think that my favorite is Ryan Reynolds.
The reason that I like Ryan is that while every one else on the list can play the tough Jack, I think you need someone who could also be believable as the ketch collecting, movie geek Jack.

I've seen him in some other stuff too, and now he's my first choice. But the mere fact you acknowledged the post tells me it's not him.
