For Repairman Jack, my mind's a blank. For Gina, I can't think of anyone. For Abe, well it continues in this vein for awhile. If we find out there is actually a movie version on the horizon, and we find out what actors are up for the role, then I can imagine whether they fit or not and perhaps be entirely wrong in my opinion.
Plus, if there is a movie -- those who are most familiar with the novel will think the movie sucks. Been there. Done that. Those unfamiliar with the novels may think it is a presentable movie or even a good one. Everyone gets to be right.

I saw Ryan Gosling last night in Half Nelson, good stuff. The Oscar nominee could be looking for a franchise. A hint of Ryan Reynolds, but less of the gooning.
Wouldn't mind seeing him say yes.
