In the past, when I was still young and foolish, I've read books that turned out to be in the middle of a series. These things aren't always made clear!

So I found on Amazon (Germany) a second hand book of "Dydeetown World".
Now, I have a question please:
Do I have to read first "An enemy of the state" or can I read "Dydeetown" directly?

I live in Australia, and neither Amazon US nor Amazon UK, nor B&N, nor Smashwords, will let me buy FPW's books in any ebook format.
