Usually do a few hundred at a clip. Then they go to the bindery where they're bound into the books. I pictured you having to go to a basement office somewhere and sign till you had a cramp. Your way sounds better. Ground Zero (Gauntlet Edition) - Lysistrata - 06-22-2009 I thought piles of books arrived, a big table was devoted to the task, with piles of "done" and "to be done"... I felt bad, but back then $5 an hour was nice coin. Plus, I met a girlfriend. We lived together for a year and a half. But then she left me to go to Liverpool to sign Beatles' albums. Crazy bitch. She never got George's autograph right, anyway. Ground Zero (Gauntlet Edition) - Drlazarus - 06-22-2009 Bluesman Mike Lindner Wrote:Drlazarus, Paul does it righteous. Others, maybe not so much. I trust the FPW stuff, but the Stephen King stuff I always figure it's someone else. At least you got a girlfriend out of it.
