I'm a new member myself been reading FPW books for as long as i can remember. My first being "The Keep", closely followed by "Foundation" i find it genuinely very difficult to find Mr Wilson's book as they are not in print in England but making it all the sweeter when i do find one to read.

I'm 39 years old so i'm about the same age as Repairman Jack himself also my youngest son is called Jack so you could call me a fan, hope everybody comes to say hi :-))Big Grin

Cheers
Bernard

Hi, Bernard! Welcome, welcome, welcome. It's always fine to meet a new British friend.

Hey, Bernard,

I'm also brand new here. I also started with "Foundation" and feverishly read every book in the Foundation and Robot series. Dr A. is gone and the FPW books have captured me as did Isaac. Hope We both get a lot out of this.

Sam

Debby Wrote:Hi there. I am another new member. Thanks for giving me a place to start off in. I'm 40 and got started with the Keep movie (yes I know it is nothing great but I found a copy on DVD and plan to watch it this weekned). I don't know how old your son is but get him a copy of Secret Histories (my 11 year old loved it). I figure start them off young.

How-dee-do, Debby, and please feel very welcome with the gang.

Hi to you all.

FrontRowJoe Wrote:Longtime lurker, new member from Austin, TX. Got started with FPW when my mother-in-law gave me her first-editions of "The Keep" and "The Tomb", and I've been hooked ever since. I just recently came across an old copy of "The Tery" and will be starting that after I finish "By The Sword" later today.

Welcome to the board FrontRoeJoe!

Welcome to the board. Kinda funny, I just stared reading "The Terry" yesterday (although it is my second time). It's been awhile since I've read it so it "feels like the first time".Wink Anyway.... there's a character in this book that makes a big splash in some of FPW's other futuristic books. I hope you enjoy it.
