The real Naka Slater also has a stain, but he explains Jack it is a family trait, the Slater stain. Then again, he could be lying for some reasons.

Naka isn't lying about the stain as he's Frank Slater's son from 'Black Wind'. Frank had the port wine stain on his face over part of his forehead IIRC
