I'm pretty sure you're talking about Primal Fear, Colburn. I haven't seen it in years myself, but that sounds about like what I remember.

You are exactly right. I'll have to go back and rewatch it but from what I remember it was a pretty good movie and good twist.

A couple of movies that weren't big box office but that I thought had really good twists are Arlington Road starring Jeff Bridges and Fallen starring Denzel Washington.

Webby, I don't quite understand what a "twist" means here. If it means an
insight into another character =within= the film, I gotta go with Charles Chaplin's masterpiece CITY LIGHTS. When the formerly blind flower-seller realizes who made it possible for her to see.
