You tell me Mike, you seem to be the one with all the answers...

My guess is that they are in such a rush to get the product out, that they aren't taking the time to proof it at all...or their copy editor is half-blind.

It's a little bit of small typo.

In "BY THE SWORD", pg 129. "Daryl" should be "Darryl"
