That might be his most successful film, but I think that ENEMY MINE is a superior sci-fi movie.
That's another movie my father made me watch when I was very young to keep me from being indoctrinated by the very racist area we grew up in, and I wept like a little girl when I first watched it, and even to this day the thought of it puts a lump in my throat :o
