Scotty has beamed up - Keith the Elder - 07-21-2005 He was a master with dialects. I saw an interview where he did the Chief engineer in, like, seven different nationalities. I was laughing so hard with the things he came up with. He just went on an on. Hilarious! Scotty has beamed up - Biggles - 07-21-2005 Maggers Wrote:The original Star Trek will always be my favorite. They certainly had the best ensemble. Not a clinker in the bunch. The later series had great characters too, but not nearly the total quality top to bottom of the original cast. Maybe the best ensemble cast in TV history? I can't think of a better one, can you? Scotty has beamed up - Scott Miller - 07-21-2005 Biggles Wrote:They certainly had the best ensemble. Every actor, from the leads through the guests, were outstanding. And the other would be Happy Days. I don't know about "better" (the original Trek cast was/is great), but I'll throw suggestions out there: Barney Miller M*A*S*H (early seasons in particular) Hmmm... That's my whole list at the moment. I'll have to think about it some more. Blake |
