You just give me the word, and he won't ever bother a pretty Southern lady again. We got lots of swamps around here, and them gators get hungry. Them animals got to get fed too! You dissin' Southren folk? Ryan Reynolds Will Play Jack - Biggles - 12-11-2007 Al-Dog Wrote:Well, I was thinking official in terms of a notice on the production company’s website or some sort of press conference with a bunch of people smiling and shaking hands. Not official as in being shot in the back of the head and dumped in a swamp for allegedly looking at one of your women with less than pure thoughts in mind (something that I would never confess to doing). Of course! And that's what ALL of us were thinking too (except for Mike, to whom we give a pass now and then because of the whole being dropped on his head (three times) in the delivery room thing and such). He hasn't been the same since, but we all love him none the less, well most of us anyway. The "tuck rule" states that, unless Friar Tuck tackles Tom Brady and causes him to fumble, the "fumble" will be ruled an incomplete pass, or hell, maybe even a touchdown, whatever it takes for that SOB Belicheck to win (sorry, got a little bitchy there). I don't get it. What's that got to do with Mister Magoo? Ryan Reynolds Will Play Jack - beowulf - 12-12-2007 I just want to see it on Reynolds' IMDB page....I am VERY excited about this casting....VERY Ryan Reynolds Will Play Jack - Wapitikev - 03-19-2008 joelfinkle Wrote:Ryan's got the Everyman look Jack needs, we'll have to see if he's got the action chops (haven't seen Smokin' Aces). Katherine will not turn 30 until later this year (November). My choice for an early 30's mom is Charlize Theron. Ryan Reynolds is 32 this October and Theron is 33 this August. She's done almost evey role immaginable and after playing a thief (Brazillian Job, 2009) and a bounty hunter (Jinx, 2009), a bit softer role as a mom might be what the doctor ordered. Plus, having an oscar winner would also give some star-power to the cast. I can already see her playing the POed blond goddess that wants Jack but won't put up with his job. -Wapitikev Ryan Reynolds Will Play Jack - phoenix rising - 03-19-2008 Bluesman Mike Lindner Wrote:Little lady, was this here Yankee scumbag lookin' at you nasty? Lol well ya know that was not dropped on purpose.....well at least as far as we know Ryan Reynolds Will Play Jack - Scott Miller - 03-19-2008 For those wanting to see Mr. Reynolds stretch his acting chops, I suggest checking out The Nin9s. It is an intriguing little drama in three parts so we get to see him as three distinct characters and he is excellent in all three(and ladies you get clean-shaven, stubbly, and bearded all in one movie). The movie also features the fantastic Hope Davis, Melissa McCarthy and a great potential Vicky in Elle Fanning(good chemistry between her and Reynolds in their scenes together). But the best thing about the movie is that it is wholly original; I'd put it in your queue. |
