Has anybody seen this show? Creator of LOST; J.J. Abrams's new work, "Alcatraz" is mysterious action/crime drama.
In 1963, all the prisoners and guards mysteriously disappear from Alcatraz. In the present day, they resurface and a secret agency are tasked with re-capturing them...
I just saw first 2 episodes only, but I definitely love it!

It didn't do too well over here in the states, Kenji. I believe it has already been canceled and won't be returning next season.

It was enjoyable enough. Should have been given one more season to wrap up the mystery but oh well.

So is it officially cancelled? I actually enjoyed this show. I missed some episodes due to the postponement of the hillbilly sports show...errr...I mean Daytona 500 race...but overall I liked it.
It would suck if it was officially cancelled, but oh well.

I wanted to see it. I had it on the DVR and it had taped 3 or 4 of them and I hadn't yet gotten to watch them when Kelly was trying to delete another show and wiped out everything on the DVR. I never got back into it after that. Since its been cancelled I guess that was better. Although I did miss the entire new Spartacus season due to the same DVR "error".

I was Tivoing "Awake" and had them all saved. But since it was cancelled I just deleted them.

The River lost me after a few episodes, but I like Alcatraz and Awake.
They couldn't cancel those stupid dancing shows, now could they? :mmph:
