Friends of Netflix - Marc - 01-09-2005
I know there are several people here that use Netflix. They have a new feature available called Friends of Netflix. It allows Netflix members to invite others to view the movies they've rented and show the ratings, reviews, etc. It supposedly allows you to also recommend movies to your friends.

Funny you should post this, Marc. I deleted the email from Netflix without ever reading it because I thought they wanted me to enroll others in Netflix and get a bonus for it.

I added a friend the other day. So far I don't know how useful or fun it is, but Netflix is pretty good about making creative improvements so they may add features in the future. I like the idea a lot.
