rocky horror - Aprilis - 11-22-2009 I have a set of Rocky Horror trading cards from the 80's. They are near mint .. the only flaw is the franknfurter card has a slight bend in 1 corner ... it isnt bad and its hardly noticable Are there any die hard RHPS fans here that want the set? I could sell them on ebay but i'd rather just give them to someone who would appreciate them ... let me know if your interested rocky horror - cobalt - 11-22-2009 They had trading cards? I just like to do the "Time Warp" :p rocky horror - Alvin Fox - 11-22-2009 I didn't know they had trading cards but I do have bobbleheads of Riff Raff and Janet. If no one else wants 'em, I'll take 'em. Anyone ever been to a midnight showing before? I dressed up as Eddie for one. Didn't memorize the whole alternate script but I knew a decent amount. rocky horror - KRW - 11-22-2009 AlvinFox Wrote:Anyone ever been to a midnight showing before? I dressed up as Eddie for one. Yeah, I almost moved back to Oklahoma because of it. rocky horror - Medusa - 11-22-2009 I am still die hard. We go to RHPS every month. I go in my Tranny costume and my son goes as Riff. I couldn't tell you how many times I've seen it. How much do you want for them? Just for laughs, here's us dressed up: http://s180.photobucket.com/albums/x41/Medusa-Warthog/Rocky%20Horror%20Picture%20Show/ rocky horror - Kenji - 11-23-2009 Medusa Wrote:I am still die hard. We have a live shadowcast and plenty of callbacks. Its great! rocky horror - t4terrific - 11-23-2009 AlvinFox Wrote:Anyone ever been to a midnight showing before? I dressed up as Eddie for one. One day, perhaps I'll give it a try. rocky horror - cobalt - 11-23-2009 t4terrific Wrote:I've never seen the movie. The plot sounded less than uninteresting. One day, perhaps I'll give it a try. You're missing a real campy treat. It's a goof...and funny. Try and see it in a theater...that way you can experience the following this movie has. Bring your umbrella...a newspaper...water gun...toast...lol rocky horror - Medusa - 11-23-2009 t4terrific Wrote:I've never seen the movie. The plot sounded less than uninteresting. One day, perhaps I'll give it a try. It really IS less than uninteresting! lol But we dont' even watch the movie anymore. Its watching the live shadowcast that is the fun part. They are usually more outrageous than any part of the movie! But unfortunately you can't bring the water gun or the toast anymore. You can buy little bags they put together (to help pay for costumes for the cast) with toilet paper, rubber gloves, cards, party hat and noisemaker. |
