When will the Repairman Jack movie be begin Pre-production? - Wapitikev - 01-03-2009
It is 2009 and, although things look more promising than they have in quite some time (if ever), we are still without an "it's on" Repairman Jack movie announcement.
With the SAG strike looming, despite the recent positive developments, when do you think that the announcement will come that the Repairman Jack movie has been finalized and it is moving toward pre-production?

I didn't see an option for "not holding my breath", so I went with my most optimistic guess instead.

Well, since the world is ending in 2012, there isn't going to be much time after December 31st, 2009, so I hope that it is announced sooner rather than later.

I thought that the movie would be announced concurrent with the release of Ground Zero in the second half of the year...although that announcement is more likely to help the release of the regular hardcover edition than the limited version.
I continue to live in hope, as always.
