I just read the notice via your link. Reads a bit vague...and really sounds
a little fishy, to boot. The bit about 50% of ad revenue makes me suspicious
of the financial setup of the deal. Like will they be requiring a down payment
of some sort, or are they attempting to piggy-back off of some kind of
google adsense-type account?
Am curious how it will all play out.

Yeah, I am not concerned about pay but the way it reads to me is the site is banner ad supported and if people click on the ads posted on my review page I will get a percentage of the revenue generated per click. I can't imagine that would result in any sort of major pay if any at all. I am not even sure what website they will be running and the fact that it was listed on craigslist.com leave a lot to be desired. But I posted reviews here for free and wouldn't mind posting them someplace else as well.
I probably wont even hear back from them so it's no biggie.
