YAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWN.
I kept waiting for something...anything to happen that would have been interpreted as suspenseful. Decent set up, but it failed to grab me. But Kate Beckinsale is really good-looking even without a lot of make-up and this was the first role I ever saw Luke Wilson seem to not take tongue-in-cheek to.

You know, I actually liked Vacancy. Even though some of it was fairly predictable, it still managed to be suspenseful to me.
POSSIBLE SPOILERS
One of the big things I did like about it was that it definitely was NOT like Hostel or any of the other "torture porn" movies that are out there. I used to have a fairly strong stomach for stuff like that, but those types of movies have really started to bother me. I liked that the violence wasn't right in my face.

Today, after I saw Saw IV, I also saw Vacancy.

After all, that motel was "No" Vacancy.
I liked this movie. Plot is survival, escape, and hunting. It was thrilling, and I enjoyed some heart-stop-moments.
