Evil Dead: The Musical - Blake - 10-27-2006
This seems to fit best under the TV and Film category, but it's actually a stage musical.
I so want to see this: Evil Dead: The Musical. I agree with the person who wrote in to that site. Based on the video snippet I saw, the actor playing Ash pretty well nailed it. I love the song titles they list: "What the Fuck Was That", "Look Who's Evil Now" and "All the Men in My Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons".
It's playing in New York, so I think the other Evil Dead fans on the board and I would very much appreciate (wink wink, nudge nudge) those of you in that area going to see the show and posting detailed reviews here! And try to get in the Splatter Zone! (Ushers pass out ponchos because you get splattered with fake blood! I've GOT to see this show!!!)
