present the loving spouse with on the year happy marriage?
I'm solitary.
maybe 1.5 year ago-
i have found thousands of acquaintances sites with the
Russians through the search...and whrever I registed - I've
become a real professional!
But- I've found where it's possible to get
acquainted with a real Russian lady Online Dating site-
1000lovers.com(i tell about all my friends-no expensive but
real )
Then there were letters, phone conversations, the first
unforgettable meeting in Moskow...I fly in Moskow!Russia!First
time!
My Elena!
Then there was our wedding in USA in CA...

Hey everybody! (And especially Tony.) I met Paige at Pauls book signing in LA. She's warm, friendly, engaging, (a bit quiet at the restaurant as she hadn't met anybody else there) and she has a lovely smile.
Her family is from the Ukraine -- the "bread basket" of Russia.
All the Eastern European people I've met and come to know over the years -- not just Russians, but Eastern Europeans in general -- beginning with a boy I knew whose family escaped from Hungary during the 1956 Revolution (we were in 5th-grade together, and I helped him learn English) . . . were good, warm, friendly people.
Stereotypes are so stupid.

A thoughtful gift would combine aspects of Russia with aspects of America, the old and the new. Hmmmm!
Most women appreciate jewelry, so you could visit a lapidary and get some stones from Russia (there are agates and others that are found only in Russia and are not expensive, I have a bolo tie made out of one) and have them made by an American artisan into a pendant necklace with matching earrings or a bracelet and matching ring (some feature a chain between the ring and bracelet, so neither gets lost at the same time
. I've had a rhodocrosite (sic) brooch made with gold-washed silver, it was not too expensive and looked great.Or, you could take the opposite tack. Get some American tourquoise and have it set in an antique, vintage Russian silver setting. Start visiting some jewelry stores that are owned by artists, not the chains in the malls. They are very creative and helpful.
Either way, she'll wear it forever and it may become an heirloom!

Speaking of jewelry . . . and Russia . . . have you ever seen Alexandrite?
It's a semi-precious gem named after Czar Alexander II. It's unusual in that it is green in sunlight, and a sort of reddish purple in artificial light . . . beautiful! My wife had a ring with a large Alexandrite stone as its center.
