I think he was transported to a parallel universe where the brilliance of FPW becomes slapdash and confusing. If we all look very carefully, anybody who ends up getting 'lilitongued' or generally getting 'got' by The Otherness in FPW's books, will feature somewhere in a certain 1983 film directed by Michael Mann.
