Easy. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Sergio Leone's directing is masterful and paired with Ennio Morricone's soundtrack makes it perfect. Clint Eastwood is the perfect stoic western anti hero. Lee Van Cleef the stoic western villain and Eli Wallach makes the movie as Tuco. One of the funniest performances of all time even though its not a comedy.

"FEAR NO EVIL", the 1969 television film starring Louis Jourdan, Linda Day George, Carroll O'Conner and Bradford Dillman. CINEMA RETRO is supposed to run my 27 page essay/review on their site and from what I understand it will be the FIRST ever indepth piece on this virtually unseen film.

Very tough choice, but I'd have to go with The Shawshank Redemption.

It's funny how many people chose my favorite film. John Carpenter's The Thing. What they did without computers was phenomenal. I still think it looks so much like it could have been filmed recently even though it's ..what, 25 years old?

Carpenter's The Thing was an awesome movie. The original was classic. But when the head sprouted legs and ran away, well it makes me laugh like a loon everytime.
