I hated that stupid "crackerjack" uniform so badly that I busted my butt to make Chief just to not have to wear it. The only ones to wear that outfit should be (in this order) 6 year old boys with a balloon or ice cream cone, the chouus of "South Pacific" and cartoon characters.
One of the saddest sights is a 48 year old reserve first class petty officer dressed like that. Truely heartbreaking

Well if Lisa is the leader of the Elite Squad then she should be a Staff Sergeant and her Alpha and Bravo team leaders can be Sergeants. Everyone else after that is E4 and below. A squad should only have about 10 to 12 members so you all may need to form a Super Elite Squad or something like that.
Get enough squads then you can have a Platoon and Ken V. can go back to being the butter bar...er I mean Lieutenant.
