Not sure if this warrants a spoiler alert. I guess since there is a discussion about whether she (Claire - not the actress) is pregnant, probably not.
This week's TV Guide has a pretty extensive article on the show. In the Feb. 9 episode, Ethan shows up "demanding the return of the very pregnant Claire."
The article has a few other minor spoilers, but nothing that hasn't been at least theorized about.

I disagree. I think the flashbacks are a great way to introduce motive and personality to each of the characters without relying on hints and a ton of dialogue. Charlie's flashback with the copier was hilarious. I'm just waiting for a backstory on Hurley.
