LOL Arrested Development: cleverest comedy ever? - Lisa - 08-02-2011 I saw the episode the other day where the Japanese investors come to look at the house community plans, and the Bluths all do Godzilla impressions a la the chicken ones. Somehow I'd missed that in the past. Arrested Development: cleverest comedy ever? - Maggers - 08-03-2011 Bluesman Mike Lindner Wrote:Oh, Maggers... You try living with constant threats, try it. It wears on the psyche and the soul. I know from experience. So please don't tell me about bullies with good hearts. Verbal bullies are bullies. Verbal bullies who make threatening gestures and whose normal conversational tone is a shout are bullies. I choose to not watch shows with bullies. Take it or leave it. LOL And that's Funke with an umlaut, which I don't have on my keyboard, and which Tobias constantly emphasizes in his pronunciation. I've been inspired by this thread to watch the entire Arrested Development series again. Woot! We are nearly through the first disc. It is so fantastic, it defies quantification.
