My friends and I were talking and we think Sam is a werewolf. Not sur eif this has already been discussed. But there have been a number of clues that lead us towards this hypothesis.
1. The dog
2. Sam running naked after the full moon
3. Picture in Sam's office.

Poor Sam is not a perv...lol. As the story goes along, you'll see just how much Sookie depends upon him. No spoilers here, but Sookie needs Sam. That's of course, if the writers stay on course with the book's story line.

Well that blew my theories out of the water. I didn't think he was a werewolf but I assumed he was behind the rash of killings taking place in the town.
Last Sunday's episode was just okay for me. It did display some of the best acting so far...The girl that plays Tara has some serious acting chops..ALL of the actors do.
And how long do we have to put up with Jason Stackhouse? He is entertaining but will he ever grow up? His character has the potential to get old real quick. Anyone else feel this way? Just me? Okay.

To add to my hypotheses...now fueled by this overt spoiler, I have figured that Jason becomes so addicted to V, that he becomes a vampire.
I also think Sam is a Werewolf b/c in some mythology werewolves and vamps are constantly at war. if you go by the Underworld mythos, werewolves were actually servants of vamps. this could also explain why sam has such anamosity towards vampires...other than the obvious reasons.

Well, keep in mind that Charlaine Harris created her own world with its own history, etc. It would be an extremely bad idea to assume that the mythology in Underworld applies to True Blood.
