So, don't let the fact that I can't remember your short story titles offend you FPW. *grin* That was "The Wringer"! I finished it a few days ago, great story! (Be kinda neat to see how often the books would get passed around and who had it before you) I believe that only a moderator can create a sticky thread, so it's up to the hoi polloi. I have some I would be willin to part with just to see If they would come back my way. KRW Favorite FPW Short Story - APhew - 05-01-2005 I think this is talked about enough that it could be it's own Forum. Titled "Collectors" or some such. People could sell/trade F. Paul Wilson books here. I talked about this with someone (Marc B.?) about creating a webpage off-site for this purpose a while back, but it would be much better to have it here. I imagine that sort of power rests with the co-Queens. Lisa or Susan could do it, I would think. Favorite FPW Short Story - Scott Miller - 02-15-2006 Killing time, looking up threads based on the 'what's going on' page when I linked here, re-read the whole thread and can't believe I never brought up "Foet", the grossest little story FPW ever did tell. I think it was in a Borderlands anthology. If you think "Buckets" is distubing... Favorite FPW Short Story - Ossicle - 02-15-2006 Scott Hajek Wrote:At the GU-3 I asked Paul to sign my copy of "Soft and Others" as it was the first FPW book I purchased, read and became obsessed with. I bored him with my agonizing storytelling of how I found this book, or rather how it found me. He inscribed it "where it all began." It couldn't be more true. I've only read "The Barrens," I've just ordered "Soft and Others" via Abebooks... Favorite FPW Short Story - Wizard - 02-18-2006 Definitive Therapy. By far. I've always wanted to see The Joker in his own stand alone story. The fact they made a point that needs making is that much better. Favorite FPW Short Story - Biggles - 02-18-2006 APhew Wrote:I think this is talked about enough that it could be it's own Forum. The Co-Queens are like Gandalf, nearly all-powerful. They answer only to FPW, who is like Saruman, except nicer. |
