The never drying paint. The hollow body. Several (very vague) spoilers to follow. Have to add, Nightkill and the lighter to the foot. Implant and Gina's self surgery. Deep as the Marrow and the amputated toe and the Appleton gang. Nightworld and Moki's sculpture (can not believe no one mentioned that one yet).
