I have to admit that I don't always like or care to see his movies, but he always performs well. (Possible exception: Instinct, though I don't remember it enough). He is an excellent thespian.

It wasn't nearly as frightening as I recalled. Not a bad movie, just not quite the classic I had built it up to be.

I've been eagerly awaiting the DVD release and have just taken delivery. I am going to set aside some time to give it an airing this weekend.

I quite agree, to see his name in the line up marks the film as a 'must see'. Strange you should think that about Instinct, I think it is one of my favourite of his films. I found The Edge one that I wasn't so keen on seeing a second time.
