For the most part we are pretty much kidding about having RJ done by CGI. At least I am kidding. This is just a way of expressing disdain for an unsuitable actor being given the role of Jack.

Ah......it's kidding? Okay, I got it. But.........hey, it's made in Hollywood. Rolleyes

Quote:Maggers and I lean toward Edward Norton in the RJ role. I like Tom Berenger and have seen him in some good movies, but Edward Norton fits the character's physique and can move quickly. Also, Norton would be the right age to play RJ. Like you, I hated Final Fantasy. I could take or leave the CGI, but the dialogue was enough to make me lose my lunch.

In the books, I always imagined Jack is Tom berenger. But in the movie, Edward Norton would be perfect Jack. He has genius.

You know what would be worse than CGI? They could do (as I suggested in an earlier thread while under the influence of Rasalom) it as a puppet show like Matt Stone and Trey Parker did their movie "Team America".

Has anyone brought up the name of Toby Maguire? If he can play Spiderman, I bet he could do a great job with Jack! I still think Rasalom needs to be Jonny Depp!

Okay, here's the thing. This mysterious actor is obviously a lurker on this board. I mean, if you wanna know you're character, go to the experts, right? That would be us. Okay, maybe not ALL of us. So I say we force him to reveal himself or at least give us a hint. Mess with our heads if you must, but give us a hint! Have we come close yet? Have we made fun of you yet? No offense if we have. Wink
The guy is probably laughing his ass off everytime someone posts in this thread. All I can say is, pick a name, join in the fun, and add your own "guesses." Unless, of course, you already have! Big Grin

I thought the same thing at one time. I even asked Dalt if he was the mystery guy. At least he got a good laugh out of it.

Edward Norton is good. He can act any characters. Criminal, FBI, Gambler, Dual personality(this is best!), etc,etc...... Smile
